Annie Deir is a Montreal-based freelance multimedia journalist. She is always uncovering all that is new and exciting in the beautiful city of Montreal, as well as lifestyle trends from around the world, during her many travels.

 

Annie completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University in English Literature and Communications. She worked as a PR Specialist for Justin Timberlake’s clothing line, William Rast, but ultimately decided to follow her true passion and pursue her graduate studies in Journalism at Concordia University.

 

Annie has contributed to local television and radio stations, including internship programs at CBC Montreal.

 

Annie lives to host and write. Some of her work has appeared in Urban Expressions (The Montreal Gazette), Notable.ca, as well as Diary of a Social Gal.

 

She also enjoys acting, and is a member of ACTRA, the prestigious actors’ association.

When she’s not writing or acting, you can find Annie hunting down up-and-coming figures in the realm of art.
